How do I turn on Google or Facebook Creature Quest Friends?

How do I turn on Google or Facebook Creature Quest Friends?

I have it linked, and turned on (I think) but it would be useful for everyone to know whether it shows the "Enable Google Play or Facebook" message when you have it turned on correctly but no Creature Quest Friend is on there yet.

Okay, thanks, I just wondered, because there are Quick Battle Coins Achievements when this is implemented.
