Demons look like Baboons?

So I was fighting this Russian guy online, and he chose Inferno. And while I was sitting there being slaughtered, I noticed something. Demons have huge shiny red asses. I mean did you guys ever actually see a close up picture of them? Those cheeks are huge. They basically look like a head-to-toe bald baboon with horns. What's this game rated anyway?
