TotE Campaign Help - Will of Asha

Okay.

So I am stuck in this gorram mission - I have to find this orc chieftan and 'parlay' with him. I have yet to find him, and I completed everything else in the mission by the end of the first month *it's amazing what a single ghost in each slot + puppet Master + pulse of the Netherworld can do*

So everything is done. I have on purpose avoided blue, as he has shown no hostilities towards me, (I like to roleplay a bit, and it really struck me that the necromancers are only going to attack those they are attacked by first, or those who are in the way of the balance that Asha provides)

So where is this orc cheiftan, and how do I parlay with him?

To parlay with the Orc Chief you have to first attack the Haven town in the top left corner. You get a cutscene afterwards where Arantir talks to Kujin.
