how about charge, resist charge, and power charge? and power denoting that it cannot be resisted by any latent skill or any magic spell (having spells against charge wouldn't be too unlikely..).
double negations just sound weird. and as long as they don't go past three it's fine really.
negate resist negate charge would just be too stupid.
