Most towns can counter any strategy, but the question is how hard is it to counter. I don't know of any strategy that works 100 percent of the time, but this seems to give the Academy its best shot.
I guess that's what it's about, it's a great strategy for academy, but there are other great strategies for the other factions that may match and beat this one
