DVD Version in North America?

I'm new to this board, and I wanted to know if HommV and HommV: HoF games are available in North America on DVD. I could only find CD versions locally(QC, Canada).

Well, I went to my local Futureshop and the sales person told me that both full game and the expansion are on CDs.

Indeed, the American version of H5 is CD-ROM medium, according to Amazon. So is Hammers of Fate.

If the DVD versions are available, then they're somewhat rare. I haven't come across them yet at stores (I'm in California), and have had to settle for the CD-Rom versions.

I forgot I had ordered it offline from Ubisoft. The only reason I remembered is because it was the limited edition. k

Collector's Edition is on DVD. Got mine from amazon.ca for there were none in the stores.
I wish I had bought the CD version though.
1. Quite often I get securerom not identify my disk as the origina, which is quite annoying.
2. had I known the game would turn out what it did, I'd have saved the extra 10$.
