I don't know about selling good, but Fileplanet (where I just patched mine from), reports the following:

1.3 European / USA / Digital patch downloads....5700 total, 1980 this week.

This doesn't include:
Other countries, other download sites, those who have yet to patch to this level.
Of course it will include those who downloaded the wrong version!
We will either find a way, or we will make one. Emperor Hannibal.

Great games are selling good, and Heroes of Might and Nagic 5 is without any doubt, one of the best games ever!

That is sooooo wrong.EA sells loads of games, even though most are crap.Same goes for ubi.The fact is that you have to make just a single success in order to have all your games sold well. And if you spice them with useless graphics, you cannot loose.

I asked that question about a month ago, and the rough estimates indicated to me suggest the game is selling pretty well.

not enough data to compare between sales of this and previous homm games, but it certainly isn't tanking.

It got an expansion, so it can't be doing bad.

And FIFA has some zillion sequels.Yet you cannot say the game improved drastically. Its a paradox how such a game can sell so well each year.

Yes. It got fairly good reviews upon release and the different communities have been satisfied, if not overjoyed. According to the producers the game is selling well.

Really? The fact that the game is among best sellers says that the game is sellign well?I wouldve never guessed.

What I meant is that it doesnt show its quality.Do you know how many anti-baldness medicines are being soled each year? And neither one of them works.

No I think the comment was made some time after release (I'll see if I can dig it up) - but then again, release wasn't that long ago :)

You seem like an ignorant guy, Lucifer! A bad game never sells good! Heroes of Might and Magic 5 is a great game. The selling statistics can prove this!

A bad game never sells good?Really?Lets see,RAII,EEII,MOO3 all sold good because of their fame, yet were really crappy.Or,considering that you dont like EA,all of their games sell good. Are you saying all of them are excelent?Marketing has much more to do with how a game sells than the actual quality of the game. The selling statistics of HV prove nothing safe for the fact that the game had an excelent fan base and good marketing.
