Ubi sends survey

Unread postby LordErtz » 16 Aug 2006, 22:12

UBI just sent a survey to all mailboxes registered with HOMM V. I suggest you use this survey to show what you like about the series and dislike so that they can change it. This is our voice, and this time they will hear it!!!!

I saw that. I wish they would have put more places for feedback (i.e. writing stuff). They also had a lot of "What ____ did you like?" without any "What ___ did you dislike?" which was annoying.

Who else received the survey? I did not, and I'm pretty sure I registered the game.

I did not recieve a survey either. Perhaps they sent it to only a certain percentage of registered game owners.

I believe you had to have that box checked to receive mail from them (like the "bonus" maps). So if you unchecked that after you got the maps, that might be why.

Technically it's fair since you gotta endure some pain to get some pleasure to. But if they send the survey to a bunch of n00bs who don't know the game in detail and who just want things for the hell of it, then the survey will be useless!

....Like people who just want random HIV stuff just because they liked it with no regards to how it will effect the game....

yup me too. and im pretty sure there were some questions about what we disliked....

edit: here is a link of the survey:

http://websurveyor.net/wsb.dll/15991/He ... erlang=eng

im not sure if it will work or if they can tell if it wasnt sent from the email recipient. either way, just so that everyone has a chance to see the survey. you have to click "resume" or "resume from first page". i dont know why it doest take you there automatically.

It would have been a shame if they had not... :)

In any case, I was able to submit answers using the link above. My guess is that they accept one set of answers for each IP address.

Oh man, I know! Its frightning to think about, then its even worse if us fans that knows much about the game dont get surveys. The n00bs will tip the scale and ruin the game even more if Nival are so stupid to go for their unlogical and/or unrealistic ideas :S

I had the same idea. But perhaps they don't want to hear from people who did not buy the game -- that would be understandable.
