Ctrl+strike w/ Blood Furies

Unread postby theGryphon » 15 Aug 2006, 19:38

I was reading the newly post HIII creature info and remembered that Harpy Hags couldn't strike and stay put, they always returned back to their inital spot. However, the HV replacements, Blood Furies, CAN do so. Just press and hold the Ctrl button before you strike. Many probably knew but I couldn't find a post about this and hence this thread ;)
I believe in science and that science can explain everything.
Because God has made it all work in such a beautiful way...

"Praised be Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour"
"Semper Fidelis - Always Faithful"

Previously, the AI would send blood furies up to shooters and have them take no action (often foolishly, since an attack would have done more damage than would the mere loss of the shooters as offensive units). Will the AI now perform the appropriate attack-and-move?

Yes. I've seen that happen.

And also to avoid positions susceptible to multiattacks. Like when an opposing hydra stack could hit them and another stack next turn.
Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?
