The Heroes V Wish List

Unread postby Kalah » 01 Aug 2006, 18:43

Name one thing you want changed, tweaked or added to the game in a future update, regardless of whether it is realistic or not.

Mine: Better interlude graphics (and voiceovers). For a game with these system requirements, I find the current quality of said interludes and close-ups embarrassing.
In War: Resolution, In Defeat: Defiance, In Victory: Magnanimity, In Peace: Goodwill.

INFINITELY larger maps, and a larger battlefield (allowing increases to the tier 7's speed, letting them move farther than their tier 3 counterparts).

And if you have to choose? Read it: ONE thing.

If I had to pick one of them, then I guess infinitely larger maps.

Revamped battlefields (which should inherently include changes to speed to utilize it).

It is rediculous the way it is. Really there are only 3 movement amounts. Those who can cross the field in 1, 2, or 3 turns.

I'd love for the battlefield to be improved significantly.

Well, since a lot of people demand a normal battlefield, I get to vote for something else! :D

Hard to choose, but I think I'll have to go for MORE SPELLS!!

Difficult to choose only one... But after thinking a lot about it, I will go for a better AI that can be a challenge in light scripted maps without having to use massive cheatings.

One thing? Zone of control (variable).
Before you criticize someone, first walk a mile in their shoes. If they get mad, you'll be a mile away. And you'll have their shoes.

I know it becomes boring (but why not?)...... Caravans!

Otherwise:

Customizable difficulties (CIV comes to my mind) would be sooo great!
Options like "human/A.I. starting ressources", "neutral stack size/growth", player 1 to X overall behaviour (defensive/agressive/cautious..)"
.... and best of all: A.I. cheating on/off!!!!
