patch problem.. help please

patch problem.. help please

when i go to install the patch 101 it tells me that i dont have the game installed.. the damn game is installed.. the shortcuts are up ect.. but they just wont work... and ive a whole stack of mods i want to install too.. anyone got any ideads? thanks in advance

are you sure you need 101? it is for the downloaded version of the game i think?

hmm it clearly says version 1.0 >_>... even if it wasnt neither 101 or 102 work

Patches 1.01 and 1.02 are for the downloaded versions,because,somehow,those are different than the versions bought on CDs.Download patches 1.1 and 1.2 and try instaling them.

plus, you may have to reinstall HoMM V to get it to recognize the new patches from a fresh install...don't forget to save your games.

downloaded 1.1 tried it. same error, even reinstalled and tried it again.
