Voted YES!

I love Faerie Dragons, especially the ones from Heroes III,

I'd also really like to see a return of the Gargantuan.

Me too. :D I thought they were part of that fairy tale feeling that somehow got lost along the way. I, for one, miss Leprechauns and Halflings as well... Now all we have is a buggy Garden of Wee Folk.

One of my favorite renditions:

Imagine this lovely creature casting Meteor Shower. Awww. :D

Yeah, those were scary, weren't they? We could use more powerful neutrals such as Dead Knights, Gargantuas or Azure Dragons.

Honestly I didn't mind faerie dragons. The problem is as is there are too many dragons as is.

Having a faerie dragon unit would be ok as long as their are a dozen or so other non-dragon neutral units.

As I mentioned earlier bone/spectral dragons were a mistake. I also think green/emerald dragons are a mistake too. I'd love to see both those moved as neutrals and pheonix and wights brought to top tier unit(death knight being tier 6 for undead).

The green/emerald dragons could be made uber and be the equivalent azure dragon from the old homm's and the raise bone/spectral dragon could be a top lvl dark magic spell.

What we need are Azure Skeletal Faerie Dragons and Red Crystal Rust dragons, and then maybe, Behemoth Dragons. ;|

In its current incarnation no.But as deaths avatar with gorgon like special ability it would be good enough.Even better then the most level 7s we have now.

I never understood why they didn't give the wraiths that ability. It would have made a lot of sense with their look and sycthe. Maybe Nival figured it was too powerful of an ability?

Definitely. If you gave the current wight/wraith cursing attack, no retalation, death gaze, and a small boost in dmg/hp it would be a perfect tier 7. Still weaker than all the others but a menace that you would want to keep away from your tier 7 and 6's.

Huge floating chicks in robes would suck at lvl 7, choose your poison. :D

edit : The only reason I liked the idea of wights/wraiths as tier 7 is they come off as agents of death(like the grim reaper).

Fits necromancers perfectly just like how angels and devils are the primary agents of their god counterparts.

Actually,it is probably a guy in a robe(which makes it way funnier). As someone mentioned, anime chicks have long hair, and guys have short. And since angels are obviously anima, they are probably guys.

That's why they added the wings.

Dragons = gods and their progeny. Undead dragon > Death incarnate.

Not true, because even gods die,but death is eternal. In fact, death is the only thing that is eternal(or better say entrophy, like in planescape. That entrophy sword was marvelous).

Not in my mythology. They just get castrated or eaten. Gods dieing is all D&D's fault.
That is not dead which can eternal lie,
And with strange æons, even death may die.

Though the Scandinavians had mortal gods.
Far too many people speak their minds without first verifying the quality of their source material.

Indeed they have. And its not just D&D that has mortal gods.Discworld has mortal gods as well.I prefer death being the only true absolute.
