Login Error

Hi all,

I haven't been back here in ages as Heroes VI was a big let down for me, but I decided to pick it back up this weekend...and I couldn't even play it.

It loads ok at first, but then the Uplay thing loads and comes up with "Logn failed" and says there's a problem with my Internet connection. Clearly, there's not because I'm posting this topic now.

Are the Uplay servers down or something or have any of you had this error before?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've started a ticket with Ubi, but I'm not sure how many centuries it'll take for them to get back to me.

I'm having the same problems.

I finally got it to work. Try going to the Uplay settings and unchecking the "use proxies" box.
