Collector's Items

Several months ago I pre-orderd the collecter's edition of Heroes VI, which included a poster, a ring, a tshirt and the sound track I have probably forgotten something. It has been 2 months since I downloaded the game. And I have not received anything yet. I was going to write to them but their server is down till 9 am. Has anyone received any of the above mentioned items.

I did. I actually completely forgot about them, but then got an e-mail saying "oh we forgot to send this to you, here you" - it was a simple text message with download links, so now I've got it all on my PC.
