Spending Dynasty Seals in the Altar of Wishes

Spending Dynasty Seals in the Altar of Wishes

I finally hit Bronze rank and I was looking forward to buying the new stuff in the altar of wishes. However, I cannot spend my seals. I have bronze as the rank selected while I am in the Altar, and I am online and connected to Uplay/Conflux.

Any ideas? I see the two buttons, check and X, and both of them are yellow and interactable (not green vs. red) but check doesn't do anything, just depresses and then releases.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas?

PS - how do you earn dynasty seals anyway? I seem to accumulate them as I play, which is fine, just wondering if anybody knows precisely how.

You need level 11, not level 10. It is a bug.

You earn dynasty seals when you get achievements like "win 100 battles". There's a list in your "My Dynasty" tab where you can see exactly what achievements are there and how many seals they give.
