Everybody who knows Impulse a bit knows that this is normal. Normal for Impulse, that is. Now, where is holy Brad Wardell saying that the bad distributors told them to make it North America only?

Does not matter, I bought the Russian version of the game, from a Russian web site/game vendor for under $17 anyway.

Another Russian site sells it for under $10, but I had a problem buying (seemed to be a random/intermittent problem, since the other site that I finally bought it from used the same means of payment (not PayPal)).

Not sure if these versions can be played with English speech though.

Hmm, I am in Europe and get emails with daily/weekend deals from them often, and often buy games with 50% or even 66% or 75% off - it does not seem to care I am in Europe?? Well, some of the deals they offer maybe don't work in Europe, but the ones I liked and chose to buy do.
