Green is fine, but so is subtlety.

Glowing eyes mainly. Also 99% attacks are green mist based there, so green is one of their colors there.
Also in homm6 units arent exactly glowing green either as some try to put it

I, for one, feel that if Strategy first was making H6, we'd all be a lot happier.

They don't all need to glow green, the landscape is doing perfectly well on its own.

@tress

Green glow only in the eyes = a level of subtlety Ubihole has yet to master...

I know i would have been happier if they made Disciples 3 themselves...

Is this poll part of the statistics that CH is collecting for the developers?

By the way, that undead has great hair. I wonder what kind of shampoo it uses...

Nono, just a disgruntled H2-lover and necro-fancier curious about what people think of the (IMO) overabundance of neon green in a once honourable HoMM faction.

I think my main peeve about all the green is that green hints at rot and decomposition, and if you have a lot of that as a necromancer, you've failed.

I'm sure there are a number of Necromancer's who would take offense at that comment.

If you're necro-ing oranges maybe... humans usually rot in darker colours...

It actually reminds me of nuclear radiation. :disagree: Green should be the color for sorceress/rampart faction (it's too painful for me to come to terms with calling them "elf" faction). :disagree: And don't get me started on "dark elves." :disagree:

Well obviously nothing rots in neon green, except maybe atomic monsters. But since the context is already rife with corpses, thats' the logical jump.

It might not be original, but using fluorescent green to denote Necromancy is pretty widespread...

I like the artstyle of that third one...would bring something different to the next installment of HoMM.

It's probably the closest colour, which makes sense.

I changed my default color to Necro for the forum. I really like it!
