I think you could hire them in the expansion.

I think you could hire them in the expansion.
Thats exactly my point, once player manages to get his hands on them, its pretty much game over as homm doesn't have leadership concept that made them relatively useless in KB.

The HoMM IV ghost was the best of the bunch, neither overpowered as HoMM II or with an ultra annoying ability as HoMM V.

Overpowered neutrals are ok, as long as you can't hire them in significant numbers...

Visually homm5 ghosts were bad, (though spectres were little better, and 3 in one concept seriously annoyed me). They were annoying as hell too. Not too powerful but their evade thing was just made to drive people mad. It should be something like - 25-50% chance to avoid some 25-50% damage, not to survive from barrage of dragons.
Homm6 ghosts strongly remind me of Ariel from legacy of kain.

Julien Pirou in the new QA video : 8 neutral creatures and 8 bosses...each bosses conected to each faction.
Each boses conected to a faction : Confirmed !
and it's almost obvious that the 3rd last faction are :
Academy, Elf, Dungeon...
They reveal the new faction in the first game

Who will the bosses, that are conected to each faction, be ?

They pretty much already said that we'll see the plethora of dragons that used to be in towns as bosses...

Though i'm hoping they'll be more like the Eel Dragon then simple colour and head changes.

Your hearing has nothing to do with it, that's some very old info... noght not even be accurate, although i don't see any other way they're gonna pull off 2 bosses per faction...

BTW, anyone else sad that Stronghold won't be getting any bosses, so there's no chance of a Behemoth in the game?!

Not really. For me all these Orcs in HVI are out of place. I would prefer other faction.

Really?! Why? It's not like any other faction will be anything like the ones in the old world...

Female intuition ;P

I don't know... all this Stronghold seems for me out of place in HVI, like they were placed only because to surprise fans or not to be placed in expantion.
They just don't feel for me to HVI story. Wizadrs or Elves could have more influence on Ashan then Orcs. Not to mention about some of secret organisation like Dragon Knights or Blind Brothers

Until i actually see the story i can't tell... i mean there are a million good way to justify them being there... i mean barbarian tribes sacking Rome had way more impact on history then anything Carthage did...
