Hero movement path

Is it possible to change the color of this? I find that it is almost impossible to see on snow and other surfaces, with the white on white etc.

Hi Variol,

AFAIK there is no ingame function to enable a change of the forward trail colour, however I have four suggestions...

1) Use the zoom function when viewing is difficult and important, on my set up that is by using the mousewheel.

2) Wait until you have a strong army / hero, that should leave a colourful trail, though perhaps you want to see better where you are going, not where you've been

3) Use a non dwarven hero. I think the different races have different colours of forward trail markers, unfortunately the Dwarves are white.

4) Have a look in the mods section or even repost there.

Hope that is of some help

We will either find a way, or we will make one. Emperor Hannibal.

Thanks Bonzer,
I am actually using Dwarven heroes. I never paid attention the differences.

I have been using zoom as well, which helps a little.

I'm playing it windowed and sometimes I don't play for a few hours, so I forget where the heroes were heading.

I'll check the mods section as well.

Pity,
I would think that it would be too complicated to have the movement path color change, depending on what terrain the hero is moving over?
