What is creeping?

Unread postby Wheeler Dealer » 14 Sep 2009, 05:06

In many of the posts creeping is referenced. Just guessing, from the context, creeping is slang for a strategy for carefully winning battles with neutral stacks taking minimum losses. Just guessing!

Exactly what is creeping?

Pretty much. Creeping often starts the very first day employing your key units' or hero's strengths as well as the neutral weaknesses. For instance a few stacks of paladins will heal each other if you keep casting mass decay on them. Two vamps with last stand and 5 raise deads can kill a limitless number of archangels. A few furies can kill a horde of vindicators with hit&run. Etc. The most classic form of creeping is have a ranged unit in the corner surrounded by 1 unit stacks.
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

To lower the vampires max hp I believe so you can always raise the second one on a counter attack.

I got one,

IN a boat, If the enemy is full of melee and your hero goes first, block the bridge with Arcane Blade Wall thing, and let your shooter do the rest

( best to have with academy and Arch Mages or Hunter)_

And what if there're more than 2 stacks?

Done it with 4 stacks, irrelevant. Only one can face your vamps at a time.

It's the next step from Evasion, in the Defence skill.
