Can someone tell me where to look to make the following mod:
I'd like to play the game on heroic, but withouth the ridiculous resource advantage the CPU has and the increased neutral stack sizes.
Basically, I want the computer to play as smart as possible but without all the extra free resources.
Anyone know how to do this?
