Actually the word is that there's only 1 Big Sister, who is a Little Sister that came back to Rapture and did that to herself, and if you bothered to check the teaser site you'd have known that she's been kidnapping little girls to make into Little Sisters. And you play as the 1st ever Big Daddy...

This game is tough! While I'm no expert at shooters, I've been playing them since the good old days of Doom. But with Bioshock (1 and 2) I need to play at Easy, or maybe Medium when things are quiet. I need to learn to use my plasmids more effectively and not rely exclusively on my weapons I guess.

Other than that, great series. I love the setting and the storyline. My girlfriend freaked me out a couple of times by walking next to me while I was absorbed by the gameplay. I haven't hit her with a wrench yet, fortunately.

Really? Because i really doubt the Bioshock games are known for how hard they are...

But yeah, plasmids help a lot...
