the fact that both the world map and normal maps have to load is what makes it really annoying... but having a new rig should help (still takes more time then most games, but compared to the old one it's just peaches).

still, the game is too samey all the time...

Last game I bought was some second-rate thing in the bargain bin called Monster Madness: Battle for Suburbia. It's actually pretty awesome, but I think 90% of the reason why I like it so much is because it's actually a challenging game for a change.

I never bought a game in my life, it's too expensive here compared to average salary -- you waste enough on hardware, if you can even afford it. That said, I do own them legally since if you buy a magazine here they give you a free game on DVD (that's how I got Suffering, for example).

Last game I got and liked? That was a year ago :P
All humans do is to go to a place, bountiful of nature, and live there. Then the human multiplies and sucks all the wonders there. They move to the next. There is one thing that works the same way as that: a virus.

Hmm, wonder if it was Age of Empires III or Mirror's Edge I bought last? ;|

...

No wait, it was Mansion and Garden Stuff for the Sims 2 :D I bought that yesterday. My short term memory fails me again!

I doubt you'd know anything about how that game sells. Where I work, we've sold many many copies, especially now it's out for PC :)
However, I'll provide pictures, if you want...

I didn't exactly buy this latest entry in my game collection, it was a christmas gift from work. So nice of them :)
It's Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, and it's got to be one of the utmost entertaining games, I've ever played. I've never encountered a game that made me smile and laugh so much! It's so awesome. I dig!!! :-D

Plus, I rock at rocking! :D

Well, I couldn't see the fun in it either until I tried it. It has that genuine feeling of playing guitar, without the longsome learning of chords :D
And I love the songs they picked for this game too!
You should try it ;)

Hmm, I'll see what I can find. Should be easy enough :)

So, I bought yet another game today. I think I have a hording problem...:ashamed:
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion GOTY Edition. That's with the expansions.
It's my first time with an RPG for PS3. I just have to finish Mirror's Edge first....*sigh*....I should stop buying games. But in all fairness, it was on sale at work, and sale stops in one week :D

You sure buy a lot of games these days... :D
No matter how powerful one becomes, there is always someone stronger. That's why I'm in a constant pursuit of power, so I can be prepared when an enemy tries to take advantage of me.

Well, I work at a Game store. I'm allowed :D
Right?
I get 25% off too. And one game was a gift. I'm allowed, yes.
