I'd like the bluray player, and some of the games, but since I still have enough to keep me going and gtaIV is not gonna be released for at least 3 months, I'll just let it bide and hope the price drops

Ya ur right ps3 doesn't have much to offer except blu-ray. GTA 4 is looking very nice :). And if I buy next-gen console, it will be Xbox360

And this is why I will never get a 360. A PS3 definitely, but never a 360.

On your third...and I'm on my first slim ps2 still. The fact that you don't have your original 360 justifies my point.

I have my original and it works fine. What I don't get is why liking one system automatically bars people from liking another. Can't just enjoy both. Have to either be a Sony fanboy or a Microsoft fanboy. People should be grateful there is some competition out there.

Good gravy my spelling is atrocious today.

I didn't say I barred myself from liking the 360. I don't like the 360 because it's faulty, just like its predecessor the Xbox.

Not really. It saves on frustration. Besides any 360 games that are available for the PC, I'll just get em for the PC.

I agree that people shouldn't limit, fanbois are weak! I just prefer the sony alternative and games like GT win me over, plus early release of GTA doesn't hurt

I'm not seeing anything about an early release of GTA for anybody. Funny, now that I think about it, there are only about three games I'm looking really forward to next year: Soulstorm, Resident Evil 5, and Super Smash Brothers Brawl. I must be getting old or something.

Nah, just getting the more quality games instead of rushing out and getting any game that looks good :P.
