It's not just brightness, it's saturation in general, there are bright colors, but not many vivid ones (possible exceptions are some inferno units being all fiery).

He said "dark and foggy"... that to me implies brightness (as in the setting, luminosity or whatever you call it), not the color palette.

I for one like the more subdued colors... it's less in your face/eyes.

-there will be 7 clothing slots for a leader/lord unit
-1-3 units can be tranfered from map to map
-main character in story: Angel Innoel (for whom we know she will fall into love with the fallen one)
-10 skirmish maps (not a big number, but then again, skirmish is only good for MP)
-there will be interesting movies and cut-scenes
-shared inventory for some of the units
-some of the newly added units are Sirens and Servant of Darkness
I am back and ready to... ready to... post things.

That translation was so crappy, the interview had at least 3 times the info as well :(

Also I don't understand how shared inventory works. Only leaders can equip items so .. ?

Some units have undergone some serious change but generally we have kept the evolution tree from the previous game. The interesting for our players will be that the units will be able to travel the map which strongly changed the ballance.
Like in H4? :|

Anyway, this interview left me with mixed feelings. I liked some of his ideas while others looked strange or not fit for Disciples series.

And answer about AI made me laugh.

For what it is worth, I like what I read out of this interview. To me it looks that you start with a hero and then can develop it the way you want him to be, more might, mor magic or more in-between. I think, that's a good decision. The battle arena with the nodes sounds interesting - giving units special attacks and so on seems to make things floating.
Disciples 3 gold may well worth the buy 2010.
ZZZzzzz....

Hah, well I think the original might be worth buying as well :)

I'm fairly optimistic when it comes to this game.

It doesn`t, it`s just a fact that majority of games from Russia are bugged.

I haven't seen any games developed by akela/dat yet so I'm not gonna be prejudicial.

The majority of games are bugged*... the idea is that as of now (03.03.2008) there are, to my knowledge anyway, any russian games that haven't been bugged*.

* as in beyond completely ignorable

The last game I know it came from russia was death to spies and it had fairly good reviews. Basically what they had against the game was not bugs but very hard difficulty.
