The return of Sierra

Unread postby Kalah » 08 Aug 2014, 14:47

It looks like Sierra, developer of such games as King's Quest, Space Quest, Leisure Suit Larry, Quest For Glory, Police Quest and the SWAT series, but closed down after the merger of Activision and Vivendi in 2008, are making a return for GamesCom. :)

Very nice! I have countless Sierra games in my closet. They made some "duds" but they also produced many fine games.

You mean the name is making a return.

In the end it will just be a brand under Activision Blizzard attempting to play on your nostalgia.

Activision, Atari, Commodore... now Sierra. They should just leave the old brands alone.

It's funny nobody though of bringing back 3DO...
I'm on Steam and Xbox Live.

Huh, well until they start producing good adventure games again i will hold my
enthusiasm at bay.

Also, new Commodore is kinda on hold atm, since the founder died.
