A friend at work talked me into trying it out. I am currently on day 3 of the 14 day free trial. I am trying real hard to like it, but it takes a lot of getting use to. Similiar to Privateer, but it is a much bigger universe.

You could always enjoy Eve vicariously through this guy. He hasn't posted anything in about six months, but there's plenty of good reading there.

Interesting read, my main complaint is the fighting and piloting using a camera view. I used to fly in the F-111 and would much prefer a cockpit view for combat and use the camera angles for the rest.
