Will it be announced today?

According to the official Gamescom site, the only thing Valve have with them is just that ...
In War: Resolution, In Defeat: Defiance, In Victory: Magnanimity, In Peace: Goodwill.

No. But today they are going to release a brand-new Co-op gameplay mode for Team Fortress 2: Mann Vs Machine. They even released a trailer for it:

they are way past that line by now, better just forget about Episode 3.
Ultima, Elder Scrolls and Might and Magic Veteran.

HL3 must be made on new engine, otherwise would get scores not better than 7/10 so if they do anything is probably researching it, and for sure its top top secret

A few days ago I happened to be checking out the Orange Box on Xbox Live and the item description still refers to an episodic trilogy after all these years. It's not going to happen, obviously.
I'm on Steam and Xbox Live.

You know how i knew the mayans where wrong? Because Valve didn't announce HL3, one of the true signs of the apocalypse.
