Best place to check is always Wikipedia... it it's in the article it means it almost certainly true.

Finally got the chance to play this (I played it in a friend's house), and I must say, thank God it wasn't released for the PC. I also checked & learned that it wasn't developed by Raven, and guess what, it shows. MUA1 is definitely better than this. Yeah, the new roster in MUA2 is very cool, but the new, unnecessarily simplified gameplay is a major let down. The "Fusion" feature is the only spotlight of the game, and while I think it's a very well thought idea, it ends up being no big deal in the end.

Oh, and the cinematic cutscenes... boy, were they ugly! ;| After playing recent Raven titles, I'm thoroughly convinced that Raven really know how to make good... no, no, not just good, but GREAT cinematics. B-)
