WOAH!

Great news!

But what about THIS?

I daresay this is potentially even better news, because these will be brand new games, as opposed to a remake which I daresay will be much the same as the classic oldie. But we'll see, the important thing is there's loads of monkey goodness headed our way! :D

Seems an excellent opportunity for those of us who missed the game the first time around.

This is HUGE news! Maybe Lucas is finally giving up on its bad Star Wars games. Hopefully we'll get some quality games again. Plus, I agree, 3D hurt Monkey Island as well as the entire adventure genre. Now all you see is the same 3D first person shooters made over and over again. They've killed the PC gaming industry. Bring back games that require you to think!

And someone at Lucasart said that if this does well they might remaster other old adventure games... hmmm....

let it be Day of the Tentacle.. even though it looks cool even today with some post-effects applied, unlike original MI

Having played it: the 3D graphics are far better than MI 4. And the game still has the MI style. It good. I want the next episode.
