I don't agree about the spell unlimited shots cos then we should have something like mana regeneration on the
spellcasters which in my opinion is not what about heroes IV is.
I would like an artefact like the warp boots (gives teleport ability to hero) and artefact that makes hero do stone gaze
on enemies (could be dependant on hero level, if it must me random like the one on medusae then it's probably not
good implementing it).

How about giving heores with Master/GrandMaster Leadership the option of challenging an opposing hero to a one on one duel at the start of battle, with winner take all or losing hero gets banished from the realm.
Nobility skills can prevent banishment, or force hero to return to Castle with army, and keep artifacts etc. Penalties for refusing the challenge could be loss of gold, or no hero resurection for one week after next death etc.

Hmm.. How about giving the opponent the option of sending the best hero out, regardless of whom the challenge was directed at, or both heros? Oh, I don't know. If this artifact should be moved into the relic category, then I think the robe of the guardian also should. About artifact my ideas (valuable for multi player game) :
Mullich’s Helm and blue helmet as magor
Hideous Mask, staff of power, fire sword, Boots of the Explorer, David’s Sling, all arrows as minor
Fizbin of Misfortune, travel boots, ring of permanancy as relic
Cloak of Distraction as treasure
Be carefull about minor negation ring, it is buged, work as relic to negate all magic resistance if not 100% (very bad !!!)
sorcery ring (equilibris arti dont work on french equilibris, traduction error)

Town portal as level 5,
Pain Mirror as level 4
Mire as level 3, maybe 4 (very powerful on multi player game !!!)
(because off multi player game need fast to win, all mouvement spells are very powerfull......)

I think major for travel boots and boots of explorer is good.
I'm not sure about ring of permanancy,it's really powerful,but most of the time it's as useful as the fire arrow when you don't have a ranger in your army...
with mire at level 4,terror would be hard to get(I love this spell )
or maybe decrease the spell which kill one of your stack to resurrect another?

Ah yes, I recently reinstalled Heroes on my new computer, and when installing equilibris, I forgot to check the equilibris campaign editor.
However, even in the Eq. editor, Tynan's dagger is still under major, and I see no additional Eq. artifact(s). Odd.
