Do you want to help the project?

Unread postby Dalai » 05 Jan 2006, 18:10

Helping Equilibris project is very simple! :D

If you are...
  • a gamer, and like to play Heroes IV, you can provide us with invaluable help just by testing out the mod. First of all, we wish to know how more playable is the game Heroes when opposing a human - are there still any balance or gameplay issues. But we also value any feedback, support and constructive criticism alike.
If you are...
  • a programmer;
    an artist/graphics designer ;
    a mapmaker;
    a translator,
and you wish to help - tell us!

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you anything for your help, except for moral satisfaction from the work done and respect from the Heroes-IV community.

Are you ready to thoroughly test new and old features and prepare reports about various situations?

Mail me to dalai{at}rambler.ru
Language version does not matter.

First of nice forum! Love the skins!:-D
Second finaly I have a reason to buy nagas and ogre magi. Thanks! :-D
Third I really want to be a part of this project.
-I can do graphics of any kind, even 3d with animation in 3dsmax.
-I can also make maps and maybe do some testing.
-I also have some great ideas but must discuss them with someone(maybe by yahoo messanger) and know a little programing.
Did some games and stuff in flash and want to have experience working with real games and it would be a honour working on a game francise I love so much.
I would first like to make a new high res icon for Equilibris if you let me. Just give me an E-mail and I'll send it in a day or so.

Probably becuase they are not charging for their hard work in Equilibris, just like the custom map mapmakers (including me) don't charge for their work. :)

I can help with the translation for the Czech version
I'm from Slovakia, but Czech and Slovak languages are very similar, it makes me no problem to speak Czech (or I can ask my Czech friends thru ICQ)

I think, that it would be more appropriate of you to make Slovak transalaition, while the czech one could be made by a Czech person

It's not really matter, because the originall czech translation is just horrible. (Pretty sure, gremlin would disagree with this, but it is...) Here is no problem with cz-sk, remember, we had been the one country, ...last in time :D

Help

Unread postby Milo » 25 Jul 2006, 01:18

I've sent an email to the team - I'd like to help with general translation/editing to English and many other facets of this project. I have several skills you could use, and I'd love to give what I can back to the community.

Seeing as how this is my first post here, I might as well say hi to everyone here: "Hi!"
:D
