Need help regarding equilibris (SOLVED, ty)

I have read a lot of posts, and there seems to be no one with the problem I have here.
Actually, two problems. These regard SP, but they will obviously occur on multiplayer as well:
1. I used to have equilibris and it worked, and I have new maps. But now when I try to open these maps, it says "the file is bad" and doesn't open (only with maps I downloaded from the TOH site, the normal maps work fine). PS, I can open these maps with the campaign editor, but not in the game itself.
2. When I play (again, only SP, I wanted to check everything is alright before I start with multiplayer, and it wasn't), I can't see the information and effects of spells (and sometimes not even the icon of the spell). I can use them, but I can't see what each spell does. I just see either an "x" or just nothing at all where the info is supposed to be.

Someone has suggested I need WOW to play equilibris, but the site says it should work with the standard homm IV, and it used to work when I used to play it, so I don't think this is it.
Could the problem be with the file storm.h4r? Becuase the guide said to make a new empty file with that name, and I assume the game should fill it, but it doesn't. Maybe the missing info should be there?

Any idea how to help me? Post please.

To play it H4std, you need to download a special file witch you can find at the same place where you downloaded Equilibrius. Just read a little more.

I did everything that is written there.
I would'nt have posted all this if I hadn't read it thoroughly.
If you know something I don't, be more specific and don't talk in riddles please.

1. You can't open the equilibris maps, just on v3.6.
2. Its because (i think) its be too at v3.6.
Not sure, but if equilibris write that same, so its mean all people need to wait to the new v of equilibris.

You're saying that you can't see what spells do until there's a new version?
That doesn't make any sense. Or is that just on single player, and multiplayer will work just fine?

Sorry i don't play a multiplayer games so i can't answer you...
But i don't know exactly why is that way... just ask the equilibris team... but its can be more good if you ask 'Dalai he know all what be on equilibris team...

I was out for a weekend, and now I found a message from timagalant that the problem is solved.
I have some versions of what could possibly go wrong.
Hope to see what was the solution.
