Heroes IV Sprites

Im trying find the HeroesIV sprites;

I extracted everything from heroes4.h4r using the mh4 decompiler:

Got those files:

Tried open .obj in 3D softwares like Maya, Autodesk3ds max, Cinema4d, but no one opened it.
Tried open .act files in photoshop also dont opened.

Im dont know what format is ".seq" and ".cmb".

Could someone help me find the sprites? Would like edit some monsters and add it back =))

Theres no .def files in HMM4, your tool of HMM3 open .def files :S

In that case try "resedit."

As for file definitions and tools to open them, there it would be better to ask in Equi section.

I don't have h4 on my nb and quite don't remember much details. But, apart from music and portraits I never modified them. So, you need someone with greater expertise.

Which was a strange move, as you will never find a game where actors are compatible with 3DS or Maya, without a converter. Even civilization sprites, which are the most moddable, require niftool + nif-->3Ds plugin.

But as Pol said, resedit will display the sprites. Then you will have to extract one by one, then arrange in layers as they will be scattered. Long work for H4.

Only Equi can help you here more. The last thing which I know is this link.

But it's DIY, not any program which could do it for you.

I extracted the content of Heroes 4 with resedit but its in a format DF2

I already search for a tool that can read/extract it, but im not finding any :(
