Could also be that the pixies had some positive spell/enchantment on them (prolly not ;) ) which would have made the AIs decision a tiny bit smarter. I use harm touch a lot in duels, quite useful.

And of course, if the Wraiths were to touch the pixies in any other way than the harmful one, the games rating might have to be adjusted.

Still, the way, the pixies are dressed might make one touch them in a very specific, harmful way, indeed.
