The Whirlwind Effect

"The whirlwind looking thing, I believe, is a special effect of the Footman's Shield Bash ability, but I think it is normally transparent or invisible in the game." Thanks CloudRiderX.

cool, he musta spun that shield so fast he's created a whirlwind, wonder how much damage it does?

its more of an "explosion" that happens when he hits the enemy with the shield. You can catch it if you are watching for it. It's very quick before the sword slash.

Look like something a wind or water elemental would do. "Eye of the storm" - Halves enemy troops.

Yeah, it was weird, after the Footman did his shield bash skill, the whirlwind effect would come out and then just sit there for the rest of the battle. Kinda strange, I was playing version 1.1.

nice, maybe it should add frenzy as well since the flying unit may get spun around too far and attack his own team ....
