Centaur by Ledroit

I couldn't resist to show you this gorgeous sketch of a centaur by Olivier Ledroit. Unfortunately, it comes from "L'univers féerique d'Olivier Ledroit" (The fairytale world of O.L.) an artbook published in 2005 which has nothing to do with Might and Magic or Heroes.

Still, wouldn't it be nice to have centaurs back in the expansion ?

Now, see.... that's a Centaur. Love the bracelets, wish they were on the Titan.

It reminds me of the Disciples II Centaur Charger unit. Nice!

Now thats a very cool sketch of a centaur :D since my star sign the sagittarius is a centaur and that the centaurs always have been one of my fav creatures in any Homm game, ofcourse would I like to see em back in. Would be best to see them in the barbarian town that would be just great (as a lvl 2 if I may wish), but they could work out as neutrals as well (as lvl 3 :)

Replace the hell charger/nightmare in the inferno with the centaur from God of War (game on Playstation 2). THOSE are nasty-looking centaurs.

Unfortunately, I cannot find a good picture of them on line to post.

Awesome, I bet that centaur would whoop some butt. The shield, I believe, would be new idea for the HOMM centaur. I rather liked the centaur in the elven/nature town, like the Rampart from HIII. But it makes more sense, i guess, that they be in a barbarian army because(according to greek mythology, which I enjoy) they are brutish, aggressive creatures, which would fit the barbarian aspect. Still, a very nice drawing.

That centaur really looks like an avatar of battle, ready to strike at any moment... Cool! He's missing his rear legs, though.
