LOVE the detail... you can see the armor plates on the golem, the shine on the bondage gear... erm, leather armor on the Naga Queen... :D

Also, always wondered why the Genie upgrade turns from female to male... kinda sexist. :D Funnily, Uni continued the same trend, with the Rakshasha upgrades in HOMMV.

The golems go from male to female, though. :)

I'm... pretty sure golems don't have a gender.

But, the gargoyles stay the same "male" in HOMM3 even when upgraded to Obsidian Gargs.
