It's big but it seems to be made of wood. So it should be fairly light...seeing how the guy is massive I'm sure he would have no problem wielding the weapon :)

It's an oar. A shark with legs holding an oar, which it uses to hit people over the head. Laughable, and a sign that the makers of Heroes haven't lost their sense of humour. Question is whether they've gone "overboard" ... (sorry, couldn't resist). :D
