Some people may think that the Seraph looks silly, dual wielding and all, but the name of the upgrade more than makes up for any shortcomings. And don't go tell me this needs a new name. What's it called? CELESTIAL!

Indeed. I'm finding it difficult to remain positive. This could well be the first Might and Magic game I dont buy.

I like the way they play with colours. All basic troops are blue, all upgrades are gold. The angel here has two swords, one blue, one gold. Each sword blends in with one or the other upgrade and the other one stands out.

A) why does the upgrade has the same sword?

Didn't they have better swords for better ranks?

B) I guess angels don't really need much brain

but they do need boobs bigger than their heads.

Again: where are the Angels in history/old artist paintings females? ... except if this is not the Virgin Mary. 8|

About the swords - yes, they are different, the upgraded ones are a bit longer. But still the unupgraded one should be with only one sword, in my opinion.

Ge-esh, Haven looks like the obvious wanker's choice to play with.

Who cares if the angels are female. The M&M world doesn't have to follow real world mythology. Otherwise, Titans would be gods, Gremlins would be sabotaging airplanes, Golems would be made of clay, Hydras would have nine heads and they would grow two heads for every one head that gets cut off, and Basilisks would kill with its stare instead of turn things into stone.

Probably the worst looking unit so far. I thought Oversized was the theme of HoMM V?

I'd rather have those seraphs wielding a lance than 2 swords...too much armor, yes. Regarding gender, I don't care much. By the eyes of people, they may be both male and female - or none at all.

You are so totally wrong here, I have no words to describe. So, let's kill all that's in history and legends for centuries for the sake of "Oh, it's M&M Universe". Please.

And as far as I know, Basilisk DO petrify their enemies with their stare. Of course I can mistaken it with the Russian Vasilisk... which like I see it now, in Bulgaria is mistaken as the same.

@ parcaleste : I for my self know about 3-4 diferent descriptions of Basilisk only in thje western and central europ. Where I came from, Basilisks used to be Roster like creatures with 6 claw liuke hands and feather.. and it turned people into stone. (which killed them naturaly). Myths and legend are nothing more then inspiration. You don't have to take them literali. Not tu mention the fact, that many myths were copied or ajusted by diferent cultures.

@Dave_Jame

Actually the head of a rooster is how the mythological basilisk was... the others are probably just similar creatures that got interpretatio graeca by whoever first recorded the story...

Irrelevant thought: somebody go put some prongs on the end of those swords and then we can all go play Kingdom Hearts. XD

Aagh! What's with the itty bitty teeny tiny pin-heads. Actually, those aren't dresses, they are circus tents. Bizarre, bizarre, bizarre.
