Let me know if any part needs rewriting. It was getting late when I edited the article.

I'd have the creatures' names at the beginning of each descriptive paragraph bolded ;)

Thanks Sir Charles :)

I sent you a message Angelspit as some of the stuff here is no longer valid and a new destructive spell was introduced apparently!

Now where do I remove this filthy peasant avatar? ^^

There's still a lack of headlines in the article ;)

E.g. the introduction in Elemental Chains just jumps at you while you are sure still being in the creatures section. The sub-headline "the basics" comes after two paragraphs of introduction.

Same goes for other points ;)

To be corrected...

Can someone explain this to me:If they want to speed combat so much, whats the deal with elemental chains? It takes some serious planning in order to max your damage. So does this make chaining far less useless than it should be,since combats will be shorter, and youll be quite unable to do proper planing in dynamic battles. All of the other specials seem like theyre no brainers(except for the sylvan).

Well the sylvan is, in comparison to the chains, a no brainer too. You just select what is your favorite enemy and you're done. Chains can be quite powerful even in small battles. A single Assassin attack that matches it's target followed by a Black Dragons attack will result some serious pain :)

Will there be similar finesse to other factions? This will make the game more interesting in the long run! I hope they don't spell out everything in the manuals- it is so much fun to discover it by yourself!

Cleanpea, the only other faction which has hidden goodies would be Academy, in my opinion, with their mini-artifacts. Other towns' specials are pretty straightforward.

Infernos gating may be overwhelming, just build Infernal loom (The Infernal Loom speeds up gating by 30%. Enemy heroes sieging this town get -2 to luck.)

and get the Luck skill Critical gating (There's a 15-30% chance (depending on hero luck) that the gated stack will summon twice more reinforcements than normal.) And the enemy will suffer greatly!

30% faster gating and 15-30% more gating troops is nothing to sniff at.

it is written that the dungeon heroes are much more likely to get Spell Power increases than Knowledge ... where is this coming from ? any percentual chances for each kind of hero written somewhere ?

That's how it was in the previous games. And it's also probably an observation too.

elemental chains is definetely an abilitie that will not be widely used, mainly because of its complexity and difficult-to-understandedness(it sounds cool:).

Dungeon, compared to the others, is fairly weak, because of their low numbers, which could prove fatal in the long run.

They lack good shooters, but hopefully will see blacks ruling the battlefield again:)
