I have to disagree here. At least, when I played Titans, I had virtually the same number of Titans versus Black Dragons(15 each), and Titans won. Granted, We got a high morale once, but the dragons did also. Still, it is good information, though.

Note that average results were assumed and that your Titans had the benefit of the hero's Attack and Defense.

I did not see the benefit in the calculations.

Statistically, it is a way to see it, but a slight variation from one or the other will tip the balance. It shows that 3DO did a good job of balancing on this one - and depending on your type of play (might vs magic or a mix), your selection will be different.

It was a furious battle. Tales are still being told to the great-grandchildren of the survivors. It looked good for the Titans there for a moment at the end of round 3.

Yeah, but I'd be more interested in what someone who's actually been out there fighting battles has to say about them than some old barman who spends his time serving beer to drunken barbarians. ;)

Well, since the topic has been revived:

The price difference seems reasonable to me.

In a real game the dragons have to move to their opponents side coming under attack immediately from several other melee types and it's in short range for the other Tower shooters.
