Nice work, but the neutrals need fixing - the elementals are not level six and the genie is not level 4.

Perhaps something like:

Level 1: Rogue

Level 3: Nomad, Ghost, Elementals

Level 4: Medusa

Level 6: Genie

Aren't special abilities noted? I can imagine there's more to the genie then it's stats alone.
I have probably offended you in this post. if you take it too harshly, it's your own responsability. I, for my part, never intended to.

Levels have been corrected. I will try to find some room for the special abilities.
I'm on Steam and Xbox Live.

Additionally, you might want to list the costs for Ghosts and Elementals since they are recruitable in the Price of Loyalty expansion.

I believe Genie have a special abilities that can destroy half of any enemy stack. although it happens randomly.

It happens more often, I have found, if the attacked stack is larger and the genie stack is smaller in ratio. BUt that is not fact just experience.

I've added the Price of Loyalty costs for the Ghost and the Elementals. Also, I boosted the Elementals to level 4. They have the hit points of a level 5 but do the damage of a level 3. I figured I'd just split the difference.

The neutral monsters in this game were some of the coolest. The neutrals in III and IV were okay, but these are very unique.

Aaah..I loved to make my own map and lay down a huge amount of genie bottles, just because they were so freakin' c00l

I like Rogues in HoMM2, they weren't so great in 3 and 4. Also, those Medusas and Genies... Yeah.

You are right, medusas should have an sort of human-look, until they get angry, then they turn green :D

Rogues are cool in here, but the fact they added the stealth ability for rogues in HoMM IV was pretty cool too.

But I have to say the neutral creatures aren't everything in HoMM II. Cuz' I think those elementals were awful, I mean, for example, look at the Air Elemental, it is...invisible :S That doesnt sort to the AIR aspect, imo

I remember really being afraid of the ghost, their special ability made invincible. But I was about 4 years old back then, I wasn't that much of a player ;-)

The medusas in IV had legs, i liked the snake-bodied ones from II and III. I also agree with the elementals, they could have been different.

Genies were extremely strong, especially with that 10% of half killing any stack...

actually it is "halving" a stack... for example, if you have a stack 1000 black dragons and 1 genie attacks them, they can become 500... quite useful
