missing: training grounds: +3 attack permanent

also: wrestling pits in stronghold towns: +3 melee attack, + 2 ranged attack permanent.



note: same ratio holds for both training grounds (3 melee : 2 ranged) and ruby of offense (6 melee : 4 ranged)

Also note that the War and Magic Universities will offer secondary skills to heroes that can accept them and the corresponding primary skill to heroes that do not yet have it.
Before you criticize someone, first walk a mile in their shoes. If they get mad, you'll be a mile away. And you'll have their shoes.
