Besides the cliche' castle, wicked orc on the front. Way better than the last two H5 sissy box covers.

Why is the blood always dripping down from the blunt side of the blade in these sort of pictures?

If i drew this picture, its a sure bet there would be a whole lot more ninjas in there :P

Well it is the UK boxcover, so once they translate it into American and the other languages it will be better. :hoo:

Tribes of the East Boxshot

Hummm... I guess the chess-like, strategic elements of HOMM that we all love don't make for an exciting cover. Neither does the resource management, or the thrill of discovering new items and territory, or following a good story line, it seems. So, we are left with a might-oriented hulk, a sword, and a castle. Yawn. Uninspiring is too nice a word for it IMO.

Ha! Good one, lad. You might have a chance in this business.

Since there is no tech forum anymore, I guess it's fair to ask anywhere you think it might bet noticed, but you'll have better luck asking in the H-V forum. ;)

"The box sucks BTW"

Uninspiring statement from an just so uninspiring person.

Give a reason why it SUCKS then....jeeeeez

Im on the other hand: Well yeah the box art looks nice, BUT it could have been more original in the way it looks...like the previous box arts. There could have been two armies on each side of the box for example, about to duke it out. There...done!

For Pete sakes it's a box cover, considering the game itself is not awe inspiring what did you expect Da Vinci? :|

I believe it looks nice. It wouldn't make much sense if they decided to not continue the art in the same line as the previous boxshots. It makes the game more recognisable aswell on the shelves imo

If something is crappy you try to improve it, not follow the same line. This was improved but it's just decent nothing more.
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.
