King's Bounty E3 Trailer

Unread postby King Imp » 13 Jul 2007, 15:29

Well, I'd say that is far better looking than the H5 Alpha.

Sure, some things on the adventure map look cartoonish, but last I checked a lot of people here still seem to think H1 & H2 were the best. You want to talk cartoonish?

The units in this KB game are astounding! They blow away anything Nival has given us in H5. I especially loved the end of this trailer when that huge Death showed up on the battlefield and stole the life from some units. That was sweet!

I for one cannot wait for this game. Any word now that it's been unveiled at E3 on when it is set to be released?

The trailer does look promising, maybe UBI should have hired this Russian developer instead of the other one. ;)

King's Bounty E3 Trailer

I believe the release date is still set for the fourth quarter of this year. I do not know, however if the Russian release will coincide with an international one.

Here is that Death for those who can't see the trailer.

Notice the size of the battlefield as well in the 2nd photo. They made it bigger. That was the one thing that was worrying me about this game from the previous screenshots.

Hey Nival, check this out!

I dont't know why I fail to feel enthusiasm for this game. It does look good, and I have fond memories of the original King's Bounty on Genesis, but... I don't know, it doesn't appeal to me for some reason.

Yeah, it looks like they have the same English translators that Nival does.

Somehow I get the impression that it won't work on my laptop. That's a drag.

Well they had better run on Vista machines or they will be limiting their market.

Except theirs is at least funny.

What's with Bill Gilbert anyway? :)
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

I'm slightly confused, is this similar to the original King's Bounty, like HOMM, or completely different?

Thanks for the screenies, they look great. It would be wonderful if King's Bounty became the best newest 'old' Heroes game. :-D
