No EA is great... That they want to get experience with RPGs is even better :) hope the first one will be MM X :D

I think it would be dangerous for a company like Ubisoft to get together too much with a company like EA, because it could kill creativity...
Creativity? What creativity?Ubi is just slightly in front of EA.

A very light RPG at best. But like other people I'd prefer something with a little more meat.

DM has been described as a first-person shoot'em-up, hasn't it?

in heroes VI youll see blue crystals on monster heads, displaying their moods. Most creatures get "Hunger" full on successful attack and get "Bladder" full any time they want, decreasing enemy morale. for "Fun" you get new artifacts, like Teddybearriders and Isabel-dolls.

Go EA. Go down. go to some deep deep place under earth where little red people eat you. ever after.

@ vihilhu - LOL so true.

Ubi is WAY better than EA. Though I must say I recently tried BF2142 and it is pretty good. It's more about lack of support and rushed releases than creativity.

No, no, no. I hate EA. I like some of their games, but I hate the company.

I have both good and bad things to say about EA.

I like some of their games, BFME and BFME2 were great.

I dislike the fact that the moment a new movie or tv show comes along, they jump up and make a cheesy crap game for the chosen show or movie.

I think that Ubi and EA mixing would be a very bad thing, mostly because EA seems to be all about getting the first product out there, no matter how much the gameplay suffers.

Future games that Heroes fans are looking forward to being made could be ruined if the EA part of Ubi decides to make a short, linear, boring game instead of doing what it really takes.

This means Heroes of Might and Magic 6 will be made by EA??? That's a bad thing. They cannot make good games like Ubisoft.

I love it when one guy is so pompous that his holier/hipper than thou attitude comes right through in the interview. Ubisoft is JUST like EA. The only difference is that THAT guy doesn't work for them (until Ubisoft down-sizes his a$$.

Oh, c'mon. EA isn't that bad. They could probably make a better game than Ubisoft.

Sure,if by better you consider more childish, dumbed down and rereleased every year with just a small change and the same price as last year.

Hey DL, some of us may be looking to the Ultra Gold Diamond Heroes of Might and Magic 5 Special Uncut Edition with the new skinny peasant unit.
And the chickens. Those damn chickens.

I have to agree with DL on this one. Even if EA would make a better HoMM game than Ubi, it might make a crappy MMX. Much too risky in my opinion.

This is a Mergers & Aquisitions dance you are describing. Decoded, unless the Ubisoft charter is already fortified, it says "offer more money", or, "a softer landing for management, please".
