Didn't make it again. So how many testers are there now, and how many will/could be there in the end?

Well, there is bad news and really good news.

The BAD news is that I still did not make it for the 2nd round.

The REALLY GOOD news is that there are a lot of much better games that will be released within the next 2 months. I just got my copy of Sid Meiers CIVILIZATION IV this morning, and I know that I will be hooked on it for the next few months, non-stop. Wow, just from the first 2 hours, it was incredible!!!! The game playing experience of CIV 4 is much much better than CIV 1 (CIV 2 and CIV 3 were not that great). I am not sure when I will start reading emails or browse website again..... will probably not eat or sleep too :)

BTW, I have also preordered Age Of Empire III and Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion. Those of you who are familiar with Elder Scrolls III, Morrowind, will agree that they made the most immersive RPG environment. I can't wait for these to games to be release within the next 30 days.

So, CIVILIZATION IV, AoE III and OBLIVION, here I come :)

It looks like 200 testers or so were added bringing the total to 1200. Of course (IIRC) way over 10x that many registered so the odds of getting in at random are low.

From how FC said that beta testers were chosen I don't have much of a chance since I've played almost every heroes game. :(
