The Wheel Goes Multilingual

Unread postby Angelspit » 09 Jun 2006, 20:53

The new Heroes game is available in several languages, and fans are doing a great job translating the game resources from one language to another. A good example of this is Aurelain's <a href="/https://www.celestialheavens.com/520">Skill Wheel</a>, which is available in at least two other languages, Head to <a href="/http://heroes-fr.com/comment.php?commen ... -fr.com</a> to pick up a downloadable French version, but a registration is required. At Drachenwald, you will find a German version of the wheel in Flash, courtesy of Gunnar, along with a downloadable executable and a printable PDF. No registration is required there. Enjoy.

If you would like to take a look at the original page visit this link:

I'm on Steam and Xbox Live.

The Link to Drachenwald is wrong! ... here is something from CH at the beginning, which, I think, shouldn't be there ;)
Best wishes Thom

The links that I know of:

- French (http://www.heroes-fr.com/database/roue.php )

- Russian (http://heroes.ag.ru/h5/skillwheel/ )

- Czech (http://www.heroes-centrum.com/h5.php?loc=dovednosti )

- German (http://www.drachenwald.net/heroes5/skil ... lwheel.php )

It is fairly simple to localize the wheel, so if you care to do the same for your language, mail me. Idealy, you would provide the in-game translation.

In another line of thought, did anyone notice any _logical_ changes induced by the 1.1 patch?

When I try to go to the wheel, I get the message that I am not allowed to view the page and must be logged in. I am logged in as a "Premium User." What gives?

The Wheel is temporarily unavailable as we try to survive the current month. :) It will be back no later than Saturday.
