Formally Biweekly News - 23 March 17'

Postby {CH}ArticleBot » Mar 23 2017, 21:43

ImageWe have been hinted, that Ubisoft is trying something new. Not a full game but Android offspring. That is another non main stream game: Might & Magic: Elemental Guardians

The game went live on 17 March and it's was silently being tested until then. Ubisoft prepared support pages, forum , twitter and HD video. Especially from HD video it seems  that game will be running on lower phone configurations. And looks to be pretty simple as it would been expecting younger audience.

Most likely with completely new team behind it and at this time with no more info available about them. Neither they published an expected release date. Again, pure Ubisoft production.

Might & Magic: Showdown is getting its own stage, seemingly pretty much successfully. I won't be discussing dynamic of fights but only gallery of aesthetically painted figurines. Take a ride in the gallery below. Image

 That's all folks!

Hm, that looks better than I expected. Kind of like Might and Magic I-II, except you have creatures to fight for you instead of party members and it's just random encounters.

Still, all these new releases feel very much like the good old 3DO times of Warriors, Legends, Crusaders...

...Shifters, Dragon Rage, Quest for Dragonbone Staff, Heroes Chronicles (not bad per se, but they were just pack of maps sold like add-ons),...

Another attempt to milk the cow while ripping off M&M brand name... yay!

Seems like the answer from Ubi to JVC Creature Quest (visually at least).

They turned Might and Magic into effin' Pokemon? Seriously???
Clash of Heroes was something fun, new and interesting. This is a really, really soulless, cash-grab ripoff.

Ugh, I just saw, they turned Sandro into a teenager... Facepalm.
More gameplay here. The graphics are rather Hello Kitty style cutesy.

Btw, why isn't this game online on google play or android store? I did want to check it out at least, but it is nowhere to be found

Isn't it because the game is still in development? Or testing?

If you want more milk from the same cow for less cost - you should milk her more often and feed less often. Success recipe known for millennia. :creative:
